Don't override SOURCE_CODE_URL in Default_Version.h

Browse Source 
- Defining `SOURCE_CODE_URL` in `Default_Version.h` overrides it
elsewhere. So don’t define it there.
- Also fix up `language.h` so no `#undef` will be needed.
